Most repairs are completed in under 2 hours at your location. The exact time depends on the extent of the damage — a small scratch might take 45 minutes, while a larger dent with paint repair could take up to 2 hours. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when we assess the damage.

Yes — that's exactly what we do. We're a fully mobile service, which means we bring all our equipment to you. Whether you're at home, at work (pending work environment), we can come to you. All we need is access to electricity.  A flat, sheltered area to work safely is greatly appreciated.

Yes. We can repair scratches of varying depths, including those that have cut through to the primer or bare metal. Deep scratches are treated to prevent rust, then filled, primed, colour-matched, and clear-coated for a seamless finish. We'll assess the damage and confirm our quote before starting any work.

Pricing depends on the type and extent of the damage. We charge by the repair not by the hour. Because we don't have the overhead of a traditional body shop, our prices are typically less than what you'd pay at a workshop. We always provide a fixed quote before starting work — no surprises.

We typically have availability within 7-14 business days, and sometimes sooner. If you have an urgent repair, let us know and we'll do our best to fit you in as quickly as possible. Once you accept your quote, we'll confirm a date and time that suits you.

You don't need to be present the entire time, but we do ask that you're available at the start so we can confirm the damage and go over the repair plan with you. After that, you're free to go about your day. We'll contact you when the job is done to arrange payment.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due on completion of the repair. We don't require a deposit for standard bookings. All parts require up front payment.

Yes — all our repairs are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship. If a repair we've completed fails due to our workmanship (peeling, cracking, colour mismatch), we'll fix it at no charge. T&C's apply.

We use your vehicle's factory paint code (found on the compliance plate or door jamb) combined with professional colour-matching technology. We also use blending techniques to ensure the repaired area transitions seamlessly into the surrounding paint and generally clear coat the full panel.

Our goal on every job is a result that's virtually invisible. Using professional materials, precision colour-matching, and expert blending, the vast majority of our repairs are undetectable to the naked eye. We'll always be upfront with you if a repair has limitations — for example, on very old or heavily faded paint where a perfect match is more challenging.

You can drive your car approx 1 hour after the repair. We recommend waiting 48 hours before washing the repaired area, and avoiding high-pressure car washes for 14 days to allow the paint to fully cure.

We are sorry but we work in the private sector. However if you do have preferred repairer as part of your insurance policy we are happy to supply you with a quote for you to submit directly with your insurance company.

Yes we do. We can supply the quote directly to you to communicate with the responsible party or we can do so on your behalf. If you are the party responsible for paying for the damages, we are happy to discuss the repair process with the effected party. Payment is required on completion of job and can either be arrange to be paid directly to us or to the effected party to then pay us on completion of job.

Absolutely. If we have your email address quotes are generally sent within 48 hours. A text message will be sent to advise you your quote has been emailed.

Yes, this is one of the most common situations we deal with. Whether it's a hit-and-run or you have the other driver's details, we can repair the damage quickly and cost-effectively.
